This Refund/Return Policy explains when Cortex AI Ltd may issue refunds for paid subscriptions, course tracks and related digital learning services.

1. Free trial lesson

The trial lesson is free and does not require a payment card. Because no payment is collected for the trial lesson, no refund is required for that part of the service.

2. Fourteen-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you have completed no more than 20% of the purchased track and have not downloaded substantial paid course materials for offline use.

3. Subscription cancellations

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund fees already paid unless the request qualifies under the 14-day refund window above.

4. Non-refundable cases

• Requests made more than 14 days after the first payment;
• Accounts that have completed more than 20% of a purchased track;
• Misuse of GPU labs, shared infrastructure or mentor services;
• Accounts suspended for a material breach of the Terms of Service.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email used at registration, purchase date and the reason for your request. We may ask for additional details to verify the account and payment.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
